The International Committee of the Red Cross <\/b>(ICRC) has engaged the service of EMMANUEL DE GREAT LIMITED<\/b> as Auctioneer to conduct a Public Auction of certain Vehicles. <\/span><\/p>\n

AUCTION PROCESS:<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

The items are to be sold \u201cas is\u201d<\/b> and \u201cwhere is\u201d<\/b> with no warranty expressed or implied to the highest Bidders. <\/span><\/p>\n

There shall be a registration exercise for all intending buyers on Tuesday 7th April, 2026. From 10:00am \u2013 4:00pm. Interested Bidders are expected to register with a valid identity card or a recognized means of identification. Only preregistered <\/strong>Bidders<\/span> will be allowed into the auction hall  on the auction day.<\/strong><\/p>\n

NOTE<\/span><\/u>: <\/span>Interested Bidder must pay a refundable <\/span>DEPOSIT\/REGISTRATION FEE<\/span><\/b> of One Million Naira only (<\/span>\u20a6<\/span>1,000,000.00) on Tuesday 7th<\/sup> April, 2026<\/span><\/b> to the designated account of the Auctioneer before inspecting the items as <\/span>PAYMENT ELAPSE SAME DAY<\/span>! Unregistered individuals will not be allowed to view or bid. The money will be refunded to bidder who fail to win any Lot within 48hours after sale. <\/span>BUT,<\/span> will be forfeited by winners who fail to pay for the Lot won.  All sales are final.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

1.      <\/span><\/span>The ICRC will not sell any item below its reserve price which will be announced by the Auctioneer.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.      <\/span><\/span>Physical Inspection will hold on Tuesday 7th<\/sup> April, 2026<\/b>. From<\/u> 10:00am<\/b> to<\/u> 4:00pm.<\/b> While the AUCTION SALE DAY <\/span>is Wednesday 8th<\/sup> April, 2026<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>         Time:<\/u> 10:00am.<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

3.      <\/span><\/span>Venue,<\/span><\/b> Mini CONFERENCE HALL of the Velodrome at MKO National Stadium, Abuja.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.      <\/span><\/span>NON-FULL PAYMENT<\/span><\/b> before the end of the exercise invalidates the sale.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.      <\/span><\/span>From the date of the sale, the buyer will be granted a maximum of Thirty (30) days to retrieve the newly acquired property.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.      <\/span><\/span>All ICRC ASSETS are \u201ccustom bonded\u201d<\/b> no asset will be released to the buyers without proof of custom duty payment as their official shall announce the custom duty on the day of exercise.<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
