The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has engaged the service of EMMANUEL DE GREAT LIMITED to conduct the public auction of certain Vehicles, Generators and Equipment.
AUCTION PROCESS:
The items are to be sold “as is” and “where is” with no warranty expressed or implied to the highest bidders. All sales are final and no refund or returns. Any bid not up to reserve price will be withheld by the seller.
NOTE:
- Interested bidder must pay a refundable DEPOSIT/REGISTRATION FEE of Five Hundred Thousand Naira only (₦500,000.00) on Tuesday 20th, August 2024 to the designated account of the Auctioneer before inspecting the items. Unregistered individual will not be allowed to view or bid. KINDLY NOTE THAT PAYMENT ELAPSE ON INSPECTION DAY by 4p.m! This fee ensure that only serious buyer participate. If a bidder fails to win any lot, the money will be refunded within 48hours after the sale, BUT will be forfeited by any winner who fails to pay for their bid.
- The seller will withhold any bid not meeting the reserve price i.e the ICRC will not sell any item below its reserve price which will be announced on the auction day.
- Only registered buyer who have paid the deposit fee will be allowed to inspect and participate in the auction. Successful bids are not transferable.
- Physical Inspection of the items will hold for one (1) day Tuesday 20th August, 2024. From 10:00am to 4:00pm. While the AUCTION SALE DAY is Wednesday 21st August, 2024. At 10:00am. Evacuation of items is on Thursday 22nd August, 2024.
- The auction venue is the Velodrome Mini CONFERENCE HALL behind velodrome, MKO National Stadium, F.C.T Abuja.

- From the date of the sale, the buyer will be granted a maximum of thirty (30) days to retrieve the newly acquired property.
- All ICRC ASSETS are “custom bonded” no assets will be released to the buyers without proof of custom duty payment. The Representatives of the Nigerian customs will be on the auction ground to announce the custom duty.
